Description | |
The TMR12Cx series magnetic switch sensors integrate tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) technology and CMOS circuitry. The sensor is able to detect the change of magnetic field and output high and low voltage signals for high accuracy position detection. Different from Hall/AMR sensors, the TMR12Cx series have extremely high bridge resistance, which enables the TMR12Cx to work in full-time power supply mode, maintaining low power consumption while achieving unique true continuous detection of magnetic field signals, avoiding sampling errors caused by traditional time-sharing power supply mode. The static supply current for the TMR12Cx is as low as 1.5 μA while maintaining response frequency greater than 1 kHz. The magnetic signal response frequency. The TMR12Cx series operate in voltage range from 2.8 V to 5.5 V and have accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray field interference. The TMR12Cx series are available in the SOT23-3 and TO92S packages. | ![]() |
